about the lcm lora base model
I am applying this SDXL LCM-LoRA to waiNSFWIllustrious - a fully fine-tuned model on SDXL base model. the final image style is not consistent with waiNSFWIllustrious originally generated one. My thought:
Base SDXL's path: noise β [step1] β [step2] β ... β [step50] β image
LCM LoRA learns: noise β [shortcut learned from above denoising trajectory] β image
waiNSFWIllustrious's path: noise β [step1'] β [step2'] β ... β [step50'] β image'
β Different trajectory!
since The entire denoising trajectory is changed, so we have to distill another LCM-lora on the base model waiNSFWIllustrious, even though waiNSFWIllustrious is fine-tuned out of SDXL. please confirm whether my thought is right or not
i gave up on this a few times - a bit of perseverance and digging through links -
rename this pytorch file to lcm-lora-sdxl.safetensors
then just add that to lora folder
Sampling method must be = LCM !!!!
use cfg 1.5 (higher defaults at 7 dont work)
steps 3 or 4
