Image to SVG to produce black on black SVG with paths unrelated to the input image

This was the input image.
The generated svg was created with only 00000000 (black) filled paths for some reason
This resulted in a black on black SVG. So I gave random values to the paths it created which resulted in this SVG
Which seems like it has not been created based on the input image
