DIdn't get Inference Provider credits
Hey there, I've added billing information to my profile and joined the org but I did not receive the free 20$ credits, is there something I'm missing

I'm in the same boat. Would love to get this figured out if possible. Still a noob trying to get toad setup but I'm not giving up yet lol
I thought the same thing too, then I was charged for a Pro sub in February. When I looked at invoices (https://huggingface.co/settings/billing/invoices) I noticed that I had Dec and Jan for free, which means I got $20 worth of free credit ($10 for Dec, then $10 for Jan) without really being informed about it. I've canceled my Pro sub for now but it would have been better if more notice had been provided. I probably would have done more with it.
@CoffeeU4EA Thanks for sharing. I'm not sure about your specific situation but the HF Pro subscription is not the same thing as $20 worth of free Inference Provider credits. That subscription only gives you $2 worth of inference credits per month (substantially less value in terms of inference credits). Curious to know why you got that free 2 months though haha. Maybe you signed up for some other promotion and forgot?

Yea, I even tried deleting and adding back the payment method because instructions explicitly say you have to have a billing method on file.
I've tried the same without any luck.
